Job Description
- Independent management of internal sales processes in national and international retail business
- Autonomous handling of the entire order-to-cash process, from quotation preparation through order acceptance to timely delivery
- Management of your own customer portfolio as well as participation in smaller projects
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales, supply chain, and other departments
- Support at trade fairs, customer events, and other sales-related activities
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales or customer service
- Entrepreneurial mindset as well as willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute optimisation potential
- Strong team and communication skills as well as a structured working style, even in dynamic situations
- Experience with common ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills as well as good French skills
