YOUR CHALLENGES

• You accompany our customers along the customer journey – from the technical inquiry to the successful order.
• You advise our customers competently and develop suitable solutions together with our specialist departments.
• You analyse customer inquiries, prepare offers, and coordinate their smooth processing with our internal interfaces.
• You ensure timely and high-quality processing in our ERP and CRM systems.
• You identify potential improvements, proactively clarify open points, and ensure transparent communication with customers and internal contacts.
• You contribute ideas and actively shape the continuous development of our processes and customer journey.  

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a commercial or technical basic education as well as experience in customer service, technical internal sales, or sales internal service.
• You enjoy technical products and advise customers competently and solution-oriented.
• You work customer-oriented, structured, independently, and take responsibility.
• You acquire new expertise quickly and solve customer inquiries independently.
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as French and/or Italian language skills are advantageous.
• You act proactively and independently bring topics to completion.
