The Dementia department currently accommodates 72 and will in future accommodate 160 residents. The nursing wards are operated according to the 3-Worlds Model by Dr Christoph Held.

The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden AG will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, and supplemented with 84 new retirement apartments.

For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent, reliable and committed individual as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH (m/f/d).

• You ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care
• You take on the daily responsibility
• You carefully maintain the nursing documentation

• You have completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
• You bring experience in long-term care and in dealing with residents with dementia
• You are familiar with RAI-NH
• You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
