Your mission, should you choose to accept it

To ensure, under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the administrative, rental, technical and financial management of a property portfolio composed of residential, mixed-use and commercial buildings.

Your tasks at a glance

• Participate in the advice we give to owners, with professionalism, accuracy and confidence;
• Draft solid and impeccable rental leases;
• Manage terminations and all associated administrative procedures efficiently;
• Create advertisements, conduct viewings and re-let properties like a director. Relocation target: 100% – Vacancy target: 0%, because an empty property is an offence to your skills;
• Carry out entry and exit inventories without trembling (training available);
• Prepare and monitor final accounts with precision;
• Order and monitor routine maintenance via the management software;
• Oversee extraordinary works (renovations, transformations, or other property ventures) with the same seriousness and always under the supervision of the Branch Manager;
• Re-invoice works to tenants with diplomacy and kindness;
• Manage claims like a daily firefighter: reactive, calm and always solution-oriented;
• Write correspondence, scan and file documents according to internal rules (and sometimes, according to your instinct, because here the motto is "adapt" not "adopt");
• Participate in the administration of our condominium associations by assisting the administrator, to vary the pleasures and maintain your versatility, adding a little challenge;
• Be the point of contact for all these people: tenants, concierges, building managers, co-owners and owners — strengthen our clients’ positions, establish peace in relationships, and ultimately secure the portfolio.

Your profile

• You already have solid experience in property management (residential, commercial, or both, by the way, why choose…);
• Digital tools don’t scare you: you click, you manage, you master;
• You are autonomous and enterprising, the type who doesn’t wait to be told a bulb is blown to realise it’s dark;
• You combine a sense of service, rigour and organisation, while remaining humane, diplomatic and rather friendly;
• You speak French fluently (fortunately), and if you master another language — especially English — That’s applause-worthy in our book;
• You are a team player, both caring, communicative and organised.
