Chemist as Business Development Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Market observation, identification of new projects and new customer acquisition
- Commercial support of project implementation
- Preparation of offers and negotiation of contracts
- Budget and capacity planning
- Creation of customer-specific presentations
- Planning and conducting customer visits and participation in trade fairs
Your profile
- Degree in chemistry or industrial chemistry with an interest in chemistry
- Professional experience in the custom development & manufacturing sector
- Experienced contract negotiator
- Above-average analytical skills (numbers person, business acumen)
- Excellent written and spoken expression in German and English
- Analytical, conceptual, holistic and creative
- Communicative, assertive, socially competent and authentic
- Reliable, precise and accurate
- High level of commitment and team spirit
