Employee Repair Processing (80-100%)

About the job

Your main tasks:

• Central receipt, logging and recording of all repairs
• Handling the entire repair process (from incoming inspection to return shipment)
• Conducting technical analyses and preparing detailed cost estimates
• Processing warranty requests and documentation in our ERP system
• Ensuring timely processes
• Active monitoring and controlling of repair processes to reduce throughput times

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical or craft training (e.g. window, shutter, carpenter, metal construction or insect protection industry advantageous)
• Confident handling of ERP systems or comparable software
• Experience in repair processing, logistics or customer service
• Precise, structured and reliable working method
• Enjoyment of organisation, teamwork and direct customer contact
