As a reliable supplier, Heinz Hänggi Swiss Stamping Solutions GmbH offers economical solutions in the areas of secondary stamping, micro-stamping, and fine blanking/forming from prototype to complete assembly. We develop highly specialised parts within customer-oriented deadlines and manufacture them in the required quantities.

For our headquarters in Bettlach, we are looking for an ambitious personality with a strong service mindset as

Operational Buyer 80% - 100% (all genders)

Your tasks

• Planning and procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and operating supplies of all kinds
• Ensuring material supply including deadline monitoring in cooperation with production planning
• Supplier maintenance and management
• Handling supplier-related complaints
• Supporting strategic purchasing in obtaining offers and price negotiations
• Optimising processes and workflows in the interest of the company
• Opening and maintaining article master data in the ERP system
• Supporting employees with orders
• Additional tasks in the supply chain process if interested

Your profile

• Technical or commercial basic training, preferably with further education as a purchasing specialist
• Several years of experience in purchasing in the industrial sector
• High communication skills, negotiation skills
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• High social competence as well as an initiative and analytical working style
• Strong cost awareness, pronounced entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident handling of IT environments, strong numerical flair
• Cooperation-promoting working methods
