As an Account Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Kloten, you are responsible for the sales of our products and thus for the success of YOURCAREERGROUP and our customers.
Job Description
- Telephone acquisition and support of our customers from the hotel, catering, and tourism sectors
- Expansion and maintenance of your own customer base through personal consultation
- Creation of individual offers and their follow-up until successful completion
- Close cooperation with Customer Service and team management for the implementation of offers and orders
- Proactive customer management
Qualifications
- Sales talent, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm
- Enjoyment of professional telesales outbound for online products
- Determination and the absolute will to shape personal success through your own performance
- Career changers with professional experience in the hotel, catering, or tourism sectors are welcome
- Professional experience in telephone customer contact is an advantage
