Our client is a modern company based in Bern. We are looking for a committed, motivated and independent personality with drive!
Your tasks:
- Participation in payroll processing
- Responsible for the correct handling of all social security-related tasks
- Advice and support of employees on payroll-related questions
- Administration and maintenance of personnel changes in the HR system
- Other administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training, preferably with further education in HR and/or payroll
- Solid experience in operational payroll is mandatory
- You communicate flawlessly in German and have good knowledge of French
- You are IT-savvy, familiar with Excel and ideally even with SAP
- You are good with numbers, work precisely and enjoy working independently
- With your humorous, cheerful and open nature, you are an important team member
