Client Service Specialist (100%) Operations
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the review and opening of manual and complex client accounts for legal entities
- You check all openings in accordance with VSB, AML Act, and internal guidelines
- You update data, especially KYC information in Avaloq, as requested by client advisors
- You modify and update client master data in the Avaloq banking system regarding FATCA/CRS/VSB data
- You respond to internal enquiries to support the various actors in client servicing and ensure constructive collaboration
- You participate in projects and system tests for the implementation of new or improved applications, automations, digitalisations, and process optimisations
- You provide second-level support for the Client Opening and Client Lifecycle teams
- You are responsible for updating instructions, work procedures, and processes
Your Profile
You have completed a banking apprenticeship and have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in client onboarding and/or compliance within a bank. Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements for banks, especially VSB, AML Act, and AML Ordinance, completes your profile. As a committed, resilient, and team-oriented person, you are accustomed to working independently and reliably and know how to assert yourself. Knowledge of the Avaloq banking system, basic project management skills, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products are advantageous. We expect very good knowledge of French and German, both spoken and written; additional languages are welcome.
