To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist 80% immediately or by arrangement.

What you bring with you

• Training as a commercial clerk with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification
• Further training in HR
• Experience in recruiting specialists
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good ICT user skills
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working

What you can achieve

• You advise and support managers and employees in all HR matters
• You accompany the recruitment of specialists from the job posting to the hiring
• You take on administrative tasks within your area of responsibility, especially in the preparation of employment contracts and references as well as in maintaining the ERP system
• You actively participate in projects and working groups
• You share responsibility for a professional, service-oriented and future-oriented HR
• You lead and coordinate case management processes
• You support the organisation of events and training sessions
