Do you love gastronomy, organisation and direct contact with guests? In our staff restaurant, you take on responsibility, ensure a smooth service process and represent the site management during absences. Together, we create moments of enjoyment daily in Swiss quality and contribute to success as a team.

What you achieve

• You support the management and organisation of the staff restaurant, represent the site management during absences and lead 11 employees.
• You produce hot and cold dishes as well as sandwiches and ensure an attractive sales offer.
• You are responsible for orders, goods receipt, cash reconciliations and consumption recording.
• You ensure compliance with HACCP, quality and occupational safety requirements.
• You support the training of apprentices, ensure service-oriented guest contact and participate in projects.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Chef EFZ
• Professional experience: 2-3 years solid knowledge in communal gastronomy
• You convince with a high service orientation, resilience and good physical constitution.
• You act independently, make decisions in line with target achievement and take responsibility.
• Basic knowledge in the restaurant sector as well as confident handling of operational standards and contemporary IT skills.
• You are an upbeat, communicative personality.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
• German (C1)
