The Michel Group AG unites the Meiringen Private Clinic, the Hasliberg Rehabilitation Clinic, the Helsenberg Foundation, the Haslital Laundry and Daycare Centre, as well as other central services. Around 850 employees are committed daily to health, care, and quality of life.
The hospitality team ensures the well-being of patients and staff in the housekeeping and gastronomy departments of the various institutions.

Your tasks
- Operational management of the Hasliberg kitchen and ensuring a smooth, economical, and high-quality kitchen operation
- Leadership and development of the kitchen team including personnel planning, employee discussions, recruitment, training and further education, as well as internal training sessions and regular team meetings
- Responsibility for quality, hygiene, and food safety as well as implementation and control of the HACCP concept and legal requirements
- Planning and ensuring patient and staff catering including meal distribution, presentation, and menu design / coordination with the Willigen production kitchen
- Responsibility for inventory management and cost control including orders, inventories, and budget participation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with various specialist departments as well as active involvement in projects and concepts
- Transition of the current operating concept to Marketplace / Free Flow, accompanying and shaping the renovation phase until approximately the end of 2028
Our expectations
- Completed training as a cook EFZ
- Completed further training as a diet cook or comparable training in dietetics / special nutrition
- Further training as a head chef or a comparable higher professional education is an advantage
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable role
- Experience in healthcare or community catering is an advantage
- Strong quality awareness, organisational skills, and business understanding
- A respectful, committed, and solution-oriented leadership personality
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and development as well as strong communication skills in interprofessional cooperation
- Good MS Office skills, Pauli’s Kitchen Solutions and PEP are advantageous
- Driving licence category B
