In this role, you will provide technical and functional support for the SAP SD solutions in the sales environment of the mylife group and act as an SD specialist with technical responsibility in the SAP SD / Integration area. You will work closely with the business units, international teams, and external partners.

Your main tasks

Support, further development, and optimisation of SAP SD processes (Order-to-Cash) for the group and its country subsidiaries

Role as SD specialist and technical responsibility in the SAP SD / Integration area

Analysis, design, and implementation of requirements from the business units

Support and further development of EDI interfaces to customers, suppliers, and logistics service providers

Design and implementation of integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems via the SAP Integration Suite (BTP / CPI)

Management and support of changes, projects, and international rollouts in the SAP environment

Error analysis as well as incident and problem management in 2nd and 3rd level support

Definition of standards, best practices, and system architecture in the SD environment

Ensuring governance, quality, documentation, and CSV requirements for regulated SD-related systems

Collaboration with internal stakeholders, external service providers, international teams, and vendor management

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in the SAP environment with a focus on SAP SD as well as very good knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, especially pricing, invoicing, and message control

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage; solid experience with SAP ECC SD is also sufficient

Experience with EDI, electronic business partner integration, and SAP integration scenarios as well as knowledge of SAP BTP /

Integration Suite (CPI) including analysis of interfaces and data flows

Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) or comparable CRM solutions is an advantage; alternatively, you are willing to familiarise yourself with modern customer engagement solutions

Experience in international SAP projects and system integrations is an advantage

Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different business units and stakeholders

Very good German and English skills
