Our client is a successful company with a modern infrastructure in Central Switzerland. The company specialises in the distribution and installation of high-quality products. For operational management, we are looking for a solution-oriented personality with strong organisational skills and decisiveness.
Your Tasks
- Operational, strategic and personnel overall responsibility for the Technical Department
- Leading two teams with approximately 20 employees
- Handling orders and projects as well as managing and maintaining the customer base
- Preparing quotations and following up on repair quotes
- Placing material orders for repair and maintenance work and checking delivery deadlines
- Receiving and coordinating repair orders by phone and e-mail
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines, coordinating and supporting the introduction of new products
- Checking appointments, organising, coordinating and scheduling transports
- Monitoring working hours and processes as well as overseeing deadlines
Your Profile
- Technical basic training, preferably in the metal, industrial, construction-related or automotive sector
- Further training as a Technical Salesman, Business Management Specialist, Business Administrator HF or equivalent professional experience in staff management
- Leadership experience and enthusiasm for bringing people, technology and organisation together
- Responsible specialist with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
- Structured working method and the ability to keep an overview even with several tasks pending simultaneously
- Good ERP knowledge
- German: confident in style
