To strengthen our internal sales team in Winterthur, we are looking for a reliable and team-oriented person to start immediately or by arrangement.

Technical Clerk (Crane)

Your mission:

• Support and advice for existing customers as well as maintenance of long-term customer relationships in the construction & crane sector
• Preparation, calculation, and follow-up of offers until completion
• Processing and coordination of customer orders including scheduling and delivery monitoring in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with the field sales team to implement sales strategies and identify sales opportunities
• Maintenance of customer and master data as well as documentation in the CRM/ERP system
• Handling complaints and coordination with internal departments and international suppliers including technical support across the entire product range

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent further education
• Several years of professional experience in the construction & crane sector
• Experience in project business and in the capital goods sector is an advantage
• Willingness for professional development across the entire product range
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
