IN A NUTSHELL

You are interested in software, data and finance and enjoy implementing technical solutions together with customers?

As an Implementation Consultant, you accompany our customers during the introduction of QPLIX and ensure that their data, investment processes and requirements are successfully mapped in our platform. You are not only advisory: you analyse data, configure the system, test solutions and solve technical issues yourself.

You work closely with our specialists and gradually develop into the technical contact person for our customer projects.

YOUR TASKS

• Customer contact: You work directly with our customers, understand their requirements and support them in implementing them in QPLIX.
• Project work: You lead onboarding projects according to our proven, standardised approach.
• Implementation & configuration: You configure our platform according to customer requirements and based on predefined templates.
• Data & migration: You analyse the quality of customer and investment data from various source systems together with our data migration team.
• Interfaces & data feeds: You support the setup and analysis of data connections to custodian banks and data providers and ensure that data arrives correctly and reliably in QPLIX.
• Advanced support: You analyse technical and professional problems, systematically narrow down errors and independently find solutions.
• Testing: You test configurations, data and new functions and ensure that the solution works reliably for the customer.
• Translation between business & IT: You translate professional requirements into concrete technical solutions and work closely with our developers.
• Automation & optimisation: You recognise recurring tasks and help to make processes and solutions more efficient. Participation in improving our templates, standards and onboarding tools is welcome. With increasing experience, you also take on more responsibility and actively contribute to the company’s growth.

YOUR PROFILE

• IT training and/or university degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, business administration or similar.
• Ideally 2–5 years of professional experience in software implementation, application support, IT consulting, data management or similar.
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact; ability to explain technical matters clearly.
• Hands-on mentality: analyse technical problems and implement solutions yourself.
• Very good Excel skills.
• Initial experience with databases/SQL, scripting (e.g. Python) or data interfaces is an advantage.
• Quick familiarisation with new software, systems and complex contexts.
• First project experience; interest in further development in the project environment.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting or investment management is an advantage.
• Structured, careful and solution-oriented working style.
• Confident German and English; other national languages are an advantage.
• Interest in long-term development at the interface of technology, finance and customer consulting. Motivation to build investment finance know-how and to develop professionally and technically towards a senior role.
