Your Tasks

As an International Sales Manager (m/f/d) at PLATH AG, you will significantly contribute to achieving the corporate objectives of the PLATH Group. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing sales strategies in your area of responsibility (MEA) with a customer focus in the defence and security sector
• Supporting and advising existing customers in the sales region as well as targeted acquisition of new business opportunities
• Creating customer-specific and individual solutions together with our technical specialists
• Monitoring market trends and analysing the competition to derive strategic measures
• Building and maintaining sustainable business relationships as well as strategic partnerships
• Taking on representative tasks at trade fairs and congresses, also internationally

Your Profile

• Experience in international sales, ideally in the technical defence or security sector
• Completed technical (industrial engineering, business informatics, electrical engineering, etc.) or business studies with an interest in the other field
• Experience in radio and reconnaissance technology is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as high intercultural competence
• Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, highly goal- and result-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign language skills are desirable
• High willingness to travel internationally
