For the further expansion of our company, we are looking for an ambitious individual who wants to take on responsibility and specifically develop towards management.

Your role with us 

You are the central interface between employees, customers, and management, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in day-to-day operations.

• Participation in the deployment planning and organisation of our employees
• Hub function in communication with teams and customers in daily business
• Creation and management of employee contracts
• Customer support: handling inquiries, complaints, and coordination of additional orders
• Support of those responsible in the area of quality controls and ensuring our standards
• Responsibility for material management and equipping new sites
• Administrative tasks such as duty rosters, billing, and general office organisation
• Support in the quotation process as well as planning and coordination of new orders
• Close cooperation with management and support in operational as well as strategic matters

Development prospects

This position is deliberately designed as an entry and development role. It is your entry into a leadership position.

• Structured induction into all relevant business areas
• Building leadership responsibility in daily operational business
• Development of leadership and decision-making skills
• Gradual assumption of budget, personnel, and customer responsibility
• Direct collaboration with management and insight into entrepreneurial decision-making processes
• Long-term prospect of taking on a senior role up to management level

What you bring with you

• Commercial or comparable training
• Further education in business administration at bachelor level (or on the way there), university, university of applied sciences, higher technical college for business
• Leadership experience in the service sector and operational environment
• Experience in the service sector or operational environment is an advantage
• Understanding of calculations and numbers
• Organisational talent and structured working method
• Independent, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
• Driving licence category B

Nice-to-have

• Existing network in the cleaning industry in the region
• Experience with acquisitions
