• Processing incoming orders and ensuring smooth order processing
• Daily monitoring and invoicing of orders including handling of credit notes and returns
• Active participation in the daily business of software administration
• Creation and coordination of Microsoft licence agreements
• Close cooperation with the sales team
• Preparation of sales-supporting reports
• General administrative and organisational tasks such as data maintenance, filing and handling of mail

• Completed commercial training (EFZ)
• Good user knowledge in dealing with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision advantageous) as well as the Microsoft Office suite
• Interest in software and the IT industry
• Organisational talent with an independent, quality-conscious and precise way of working
• Ambitious, motivated and team-oriented personality
• Very good German and good English skills
