Position Internal Sales & Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) 100%, temporary for 3 months starting immediatelyTasks
- Support and advice for customers via telephone and e-mail, 1st level support
- Receipt and recording of orders in the ERP system
- Processing of orders, returns and complaints
- Creation and processing of quotations
- Clarification of delivery dates, prices and material availability
- Coordination with logistics, warehouse, purchasing and field service
- Processing of invoices and credit notes
- Maintenance of customer and product data as well as creation of evaluations
Requirements
- Commercial training or training in the medical field, for example as an MPA or pharmaceutical assistant
- Initial professional experience in internal sales (preferably in healthcare)
- Very good German skills (native language)
- Additional language skills are an advantage (especially French / Italian)
- Customer-oriented, reliable and precise working style
- Enjoyment in customer contact and teamwork
