Group Leader Agogics - Gardening 80% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Accompany a group of employees and trainees with psychological and/or cognitive impairments and support them individually within the work agogic framework
• Maintenance and care of private gardens, green spaces and parks
• Versatile workshop service tasks: maintenance, small repairs, all-round care, winter service
• Collaboration in the expansion of the training branch Technology & Maintenance / Workshop Service EFZ (in cooperation with our internal T&M)
• Various administrative tasks including professional documentation in the client information system

Your profile

• Completed EFZ training: gardener, landscape gardener, specialist in operational maintenance EFZ (workshop service) or equivalent
• Enjoyment in agogic work with trainees and people with disabilities
• You have a sense of humour and remain calm and solution-oriented even in demanding situations
