Your main tasks

As a Technology Manager, you ensure stable, efficient and high-quality production with your technical expertise. You plan, coordinate and implement technical changes and accompany the successful design and technology transfer from development to series production. In addition, you analyse technical deviations and quality issues, initiate sustainable CAPA measures and contribute to the continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes in terms of quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In doing so, you ensure compliance with regulatory and quality-relevant requirements and make an important contribution to a future-oriented and safe production.

Your qualifications

You have a technical university degree or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in medical technology. Proven experience in technology and change management as well as in production processes and project management characterises you. Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements according to ISO 13485 and MDR as well as experience at the interface between development, quality and production complete your profile. You have a high IT affinity, very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage. You work independently, precisely and accurately and are willing to acquire the necessary specialised and medical knowledge required to master the tasks.
