Our client is an established company in Central Switzerland and is one of the leading providers in the fields of rock technology, industrial climbing, as well as training and consulting. To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a motivated leader in the field of rock technology. You take responsibility, manage construction sites, and actively contribute your experience and know-how.

Your tasks

• Support customers, builders, clients and take over construction management
• Lead and coordinate construction sites and projects in the Central Switzerland region
• Responsible for schedule monitoring, material procurement and personnel deployment planning
• Create and process offers, calculate projects and services
• Control costs, hours and time sheets as well as create technical documentation
• Create reports and measurements

Your profile

• Training in the main or secondary construction sector (bricklayer, scaffolder, roofer, carpenter, gardener or forester), preferably with professional experience in rock technology
• Further training as a technician HF construction management, wood technician HF timber construction, construction manager or technical merchant (or still in training)
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge, SORBA knowledge is an advantage
• Motivated personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented leadership style
• Responsible, innovative and committed personality with a high degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and a team-oriented leadership style
• German: confident (C2)
