Head of Electrical Maintenance South (m/f/d)
- Leading a team of 7 employees as well as responsibility for the economic, technical, and administrative operation of electrical systems in the area of national and cantonal roads
- Responsibility for operation, maintenance, and fault rectification of operational electrical systems
- Preparation and review of offers and calculations including ongoing result monitoring
- Responsibility for invoicing and budgeting of services to third parties
- Technical support for BSA project management and coordination of required resources
- Coordination and close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external authorities
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ with further training as a federally certified electrical installer or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in a comparable technical environment
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability in dealing with suppliers and various stakeholders
- High flexibility and resilience
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Responsible, varied, and very independent tasks
