The ESB Foundation Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise offering people with support needs attractive training and employment opportunities as well as various forms of accommodation and services. ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, and one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities aim to promote the self-determined life of people with support needs.
To relieve our ICT team, we are looking for a
IT Specialist (IT Support and Projects) 100%
The Finance + ICT department is a specialist department and service provider for all areas at all 23 ESB locations.
Your impact with us
- Collaboration and support of the local ICT helpdesk
- Advice on software and hardware issues
- Maintenance and management of the ICT infrastructure (PCs, notebooks and thin clients, network and backup)
- Support in the maintenance and management of the central ICT server environment (Citrix farm, Windows, SharePoint and various application servers)
- Accompanying ICT projects as a sub-project or project manager as well as participating in ESB projects
- Support in mobile management, administration and maintenance of telephone devices and mobiles
- Coordination and control of cooperation with external ICT partners and service providers
- Professional interface between the ESB specialist departments and internal and external IT specialists

Your profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist FH or ICT professional EFZ with several years of professional experience
- Experience in supporting Microsoft operating systems and good hardware knowledge
- Good network knowledge and experience with IT projects
- Independent, structured working style and communicative team player
- Resilience, sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Driving licence category B
- Enjoyment of working in an environment with people with support needs
