For our location in Urdorf we are looking for a sales-strong personality who enjoys advising people, understanding wishes and turning prospects into enthusiastic customers.

At Bantam Camping AG you don’t just sell vehicles – you accompany our customers on the way to their very own dream on wheels.

Your tasks

• Advising and selling new and used vehicles from our motorhome and caravan range

• Accompanying our customers from the first conversation to the successful contract conclusion

• Presenting different brands, models, layouts and equipment variants

• Recognising customer needs and compiling suitable vehicles and solutions

• Advising on special equipment, accessories and individual customer wishes

• Supporting vehicle valuations, trade-ins and purchases

• Looking after existing customers and building long-term customer relationships

• Active participation in sales campaigns, exhibitions, events and fairs

• Together with our team, you ensure that buying a vehicle at Bantam becomes a real experience

With us, sales don’t just happen at the desk. You have no problem rolling up your sleeves: A motorhome needs to be repositioned, a price tag needs the final touch or a newly arrived vehicle needs to be checked for possible damage.

You keep an overview of our display vehicles, ensure an appealing presentation and help to make sure our vehicle fleet always makes a convincing impression.

In short: You see what needs to be done, pitch in and together with us ensure that our vehicles are always ready for the next customer.

What you bring with you

You don’t have to know every motorhome model by heart. What matters is that you can sell, enjoy working with people and are eager to familiarise yourself with our fascinating industry.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Experience and proven success in sales

• Enjoyment in active advising, negotiating and closing

• An open, communicative and engaging personality

• Initiative, commitment and entrepreneurial thinking

• A high standard of customer service and quality

• A straightforward hands-on mentality

• Confident and well-groomed appearance

• Good IT user skills

• Driving licence category B

• Fluent German; additional languages are advantageous

• Willingness for regular Saturday shifts with corresponding compensation during the week

Experience in the automotive, caravanning, leisure or tourism industry is an advantage – but not a must.
