For our Finance & Services department in Zurich, we are looking for a

Team Leader Business Services 70 - 80 %

Your tasks

• Professional and personnel leadership as well as further development of the Business Services team
• Responsibility for the efficient and customer-oriented handling of all licensing processes, from contract management through product approvals to invoicing
• Ensuring quality and compliance with Fairtrade requirements for all licensing business processes as well as coordination of international audits
• Responsibility for the internal preparation of sales, raw material, and premium data as a basis for the preparation of internal and external reports
• Continuous optimisation of business processes, especially in the area of data management and AI-supported applications, as well as leading cross-team projects in licensing
• Close collaboration with internal departments, Swiss market partners, and Fairtrade International

 Your profile

• Business administration training and several years of professional experience, experience in retail or the consumer goods industry is an advantage
• Experience in staff management as well as project and process management
• Strong analytical skills, interconnected thinking, and good IT user knowledge
• Open, team-oriented, and committed personality with high initiative and organisational skills
• High customer orientation, negotiation skills, and assertiveness as well as an efficient and precise working style
• Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
