The KOCH Group AG is a construction supplier operating at five locations in Switzerland with over 300 employees. Our range includes 100,000 items and consists of fittings, tools, machines, and other products which can be ordered in the online shop and delivered through our modern in-house logistics. In the field of security technology, we develop, plan, and implement locking systems and access controls. To strengthen the specialist trade business unit at the location 📌Birsfelden, we are offering a position immediately or by arrangement as:

Internal Sales Consultant 100% (all)

Your tasks:

• Customer advice and active sales of our comprehensive product range by telephone
• Independent processing of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and returns
• Completion of the entire order processing in the ERP system
• Monitoring and deadline tracking of ongoing orders
• Handling and coordination of complaints
• Maintenance of master data in the system
• Close cooperation with the field service to optimally support our customers

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, retail EFZ with a specialisation in hardware or basic craft training, e.g. as a carpenter EFZ
• Expert knowledge in the field of tools and fittings is an advantage
• Communicative and motivating personality
• Strong advisory competence and problem-solving skills
• Service-oriented and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Familiarity with the common MS Office suite
• Experience with d365 is an advantage
