Officer Payment Investigations 80-100% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Officer Payment Investigations (m/f/d).

In this role, you are the central point of contact when payment transactions become tricky: 

• You clarify complex payment cases, answer queries and handle complaints in outgoing payment transactions.
• You also check offsetting orders and coordinate the necessary steps with the responsible specialist departments to ensure that every order is executed correctly and on time.
• In doing so, you work daily with international teams in Europe and Asia and actively shape processes in payment transactions.
