Construction Cost Planner 60-100% (m/f)

Martin Lenz AG is an established, innovative real estate company based in Baar. Since 1999, we have been developing, realising, and marketing sophisticated construction projects throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Martin Lenz AG acts on behalf of private and institutional clients and is responsible for new build and renovation projects in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

YOUR TASKS

• Strategic development of the entire construction cost planning
• Establishment, optimisation, and further development of our calculation and cost determination processes
• Active use and further development of digital tools and new technologies in calculation
• Analysis of construction cost indicators and development of cost optimisations
• Independent preparation of rough cost estimates, cost estimates, and post-calculations
• Consultation and support of our project and construction managers on cost-related issues
• Close collaboration with internal and external project participants
• Support in tendering selected projects
• Occasional deputising for construction management

YOUR PROFILE

• Training in the construction industry with further education as a construction manager, technician HF, construction economist, architect, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in calculation, cost planning, or construction management of building, renovation, and refurbishment projects
• Confident handling of construction cost indicators
• Strong cost awareness
• Sound understanding of planning and building law contexts as well as good knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and regulations
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured, precise, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident use of common MS Office applications, Messerli experience is an advantage
• Team spirit and communication skills
