What you will achieve

• Careful and flawless scheduling as well as efficient management of fresh produce assortments, including timely completion of all administrative tasks
• Ensuring and optimising the business management requirements (delivery readiness, stock coverage and write-offs)
• Calculation and scheduling of promotional, seasonal and holiday quantities
• Enforcement of applicable delivery requirements with suppliers
• Ensuring factual and efficient collaboration with internal departments, clients and suppliers
• Timely clarification and processing of discrepancies within the framework of invoice verification
• Participation in shop support during off-peak hours as well as occasional Saturday duties on a rotation basis. Saturday coverage is provided by the entire team and usually corresponds to about 5 to 7 shifts per year.
• Goal-oriented and efficient planning as well as collaboration with internal and external partners

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: Commercial or equivalent
• Professional experience: 2 years in scheduling, ideally in the area of fresh produce assortments
• Strong business management understanding as well as affinity for numbers and analyses
• Confident use of MS Office and good SAP knowledge
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and negotiation ability in dealing with internal and external partners
• Flexibility and willingness for occasional shifts during off-peak hours as well as Saturday duties in a team rotation model
• German (C1)
