Sales Manager Switzerland (m/f/d)

Your Role

• Assuming sales responsibility for the Swiss company with a clear prospect of executive leadership
• Further development and implementation of the company strategy as well as active participation in future company development
• Responsibility for the sustainable development of sales, earnings, profitability, and market position
• Building and maintaining a reliable network with investors, general contractors, project developers, architects, specialist planners, and installation companies
• Leading and further developing the sales organisation as well as promoting a performance-oriented corporate culture
• Identifying new market and growth potentials and participating in expansion and acquisition projects

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in sales or in an entrepreneurial management role
• Solid professional experience in sanitary and heating wholesale, the supply industry, construction-related trades, or a comparable sales-oriented environment
• Proven success in building and leading sales organisations
• Good networking with relevant market players in Eastern Switzerland
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative, and strong implementation skills
• Authentic leadership personality with the potential to take over executive management in the medium term
