For our team, we are looking for a Clerk Central Services (100%) with Charm and Flexibility.

Your Tasks

Our secretarial team with 8 employees is the business card of our company. As the first point of contact for our customers and as an interface to internal departments and external partners, this team plays an important role. Motivated, you support our insured customers by phone, handle incoming mail, advise our customers on support requests for our customer portal, and help ensure efficient AVOR. You are a sociable, communicative, and cheerful personality.

You Offer Us

• Commercial basic training and/or
• Experience in telephone switchboard/reception/customer portal
• Quick comprehension and interest in healthcare
• Oral French skills
• Oral Italian skills are an advantage
