Do you enjoy acting as a contact person for external customers and sales partners? Are you also interested in construction and erection insurance?

In our team, we are responsible for national and international insurance solutions for customers based in Switzerland - from private construction projects to complex corporate and large-scale projects. As an underwriter for construction and erection insurance, you support customers and sales partners and act as the central contact person for technical questions.

In construction and erection insurance underwriting, we combine two worlds: technology and insurance. You bring experience in at least one of these areas and are ready to learn the other step by step.

What you do

• You are responsible for preparing offers for construction projects in Switzerland
• You process applications and framework contract registrations
• You create and process policies, endorsements and contract amendments
• You record and send construction quotations and are responsible for their follow-up
• You support the senior underwriters in administrative tasks

What you bring

• Commercial basic training or technical vocational training with commercial further education

• Sense of responsibility; initiative and team orientation
• Initial experience in insurance
• Independent and process-oriented working style
• Networked thinking and visual imagination

• Good comprehension and technical skill in handling IT programmes 
• Fluent in German, additional languages such as English, French or Italian are an advantage
