YOUR AREA OF IMPACT

• Administration and maintenance of the server infrastructure (Windows and Linux servers, virtualisation, backup)
• Active participation in IT security topics and, if applicable, taking over subprojects in the area of information security
• Support of employees in 1st and 2nd level support (hardware and software)
• Hands-on IT; hardware, software and network management and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Endpoint Management)

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed IT training or comparable professional experience (graduates also welcome)
• Enjoyment in direct user support
• Solid knowledge of Windows server environments, Linux is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of network technology (VLAN, firewall, switches)
• Passion for the Microsoft M365 platform and the associated potentials regarding new work, collaboration and automation
• Interest in continuous learning and independent research of technical information
