Are you motivated by the idea of sustainably increasing performance and efficiency in the Life sector and making an important contribution to the further development of our business?

In this role, you support the planning and implementation of a cross-divisional transformation programme at Zurich Switzerland. You combine analytical strength with consistent implementation, coordinate improvement measures together with the responsible departments, and create transparency about progress, impact, and risks.

What to expect

• You manage central measures of a strategic transformation and efficiency programme and ensure their timely implementation.
• You analyse cost and performance structures, identify efficiency and optimisation potentials, and develop concrete improvement measures together with the responsible departments.
• You establish transparent progress and impact measurement (operational and financial) and prepare relevant information appropriately for the management.
• You coordinate cross-divisional stakeholders, manage dependencies, and support those responsible in the sustainable implementation of the agreed measures.
• You identify risks and target deviations early and initiate appropriate control and countermeasures together with the relevant stakeholders.

What distinguishes you

• Several years of experience in transformation, programme management, consulting, finance, or a comparable function
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a very good understanding of cost structures and financial contexts
• Experience in implementing complex, cross-divisional measures and dealing with different stakeholders
• High initiative, implementation strength, and the ability to prepare complex topics in a structured and audience-appropriate manner
• Very good German and English skills
