With our motivated team of around 60 employees, it is our task to put the architects' designs and the clients' wishes into practice. At our 3 locations in Rapperswil, Zurich and St. Gallen, exciting construction projects are always waiting for us, which we are able to realise with renowned architects and clients.

To strengthen our team at one of our locations in Zurich or Rapperswil, we are looking for a committed individual for the position of Project Management or Overall Project Management (M/F/D) 80-100%.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for project execution of demanding new build and conversion projects across all SIA project phases
• Leading and accompanying construction projects between clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities and contractors
• Independently and professionally handling correspondence, minutes and appointment coordination
• Responsibility for project costs, claims management and construction accounting
• Coordination in various construction projects 

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional experience in construction/project management of medium-sized building projects, experience in the Swiss construction industry is an advantage
• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or construction technology
• High initiative and confident appearance
• Independent, responsible and efficient working style
• Affinity for digital working methods and tools
• High social competence and commitment
• Assertive, well-organised and reliable person
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Driving licence category B advantageous
