Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our tax consultancy firm, we are looking for a service-oriented person in Zurich from 1 October or by arrangement as

Office / Team Manager (70% - 100%)

(ideally also as a job during studies)

You ensure the smooth organisation of our company, which includes:

• Customer management (recording customers / maintaining customer data)
• Invoicing our customers including processing in accounting
• Mail processing
• Accounting tasks with AbaNinja (including payment of creditors)
• Creation and editing of customer presentations in PowerPoint
• Monitoring deadlines (e.g. for tax returns)
• Co-organisation of events (external and internal)
• Office organisation (including ordering office supplies)
• Revising and checking letters and tax rulings

What you should bring:

• Commercial apprenticeship or student in business administration or law (university or university of applied sciences)
  (professional experience in the commercial field is an advantage)
• Flair for numbers
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent German (French is an advantage)
