About the job
The control office for the national collective labour agreement (L-GAV) of the hospitality industry is the enforcement and control organisation of the social partners. We monitor compliance with the L-GAV throughout Switzerland, advise companies and employees, manage contribution funds, and promote professional development.
To support our management, we are looking for an organised and discreet individual with a high degree of initiative to start immediately or by arrangement as
Management Support / Executive Assistant (100%)
In this versatile role, you will take on a central position, proactively relieving the managing director in day-to-day business and assisting with organisational, project-related, legal, administrative, and accounting tasks.
Your core tasks
- Organisation: Meeting management, preparation of documents, presentations and minutes, tracking of pending tasks, and participation in national meetings
- Complaints & Appeals: Review, preparation, and recording of complaints and appeals for further processing by the field service or legal representation
- Interface: Competent contact person for internal teams, cantons, associations, and external bodies in all language regions of Switzerland
- Projects & Reporting: Collaboration on digitalisation projects, quality and process management, as well as the preparation of reports, decision-making bases, and business reports
- Support functions: Assistance with IT-related topics (e.g. user administration) and HR processes (time tracking, expenses)
Your profile
- Commercial training with further education (e.g. executive assistance, business administration, paralegal) or a similar qualification
- At least five years of professional experience in a comparable assistant role at management level or in a law firm, for example as a paralegal or legal assistant
- Fluent German and very good French skills (C1); Italian is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office, high digital affinity, and a structured, proactive working style
