Your tasks:

• Personal and digital advice for prospective students as well as empathetic and convincing support on their decision-making journey.
  
• Preparation of offers, handling of enquiries and professional follow-up to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Planning and conducting information evenings as well as individual advisory meetings to inspire people for our training and further education programmes.
• Active contribution of new ideas and proactive development of our sales process.
• Close collaboration with the school team to achieve common sales targets and continuously develop sales.
• Careful maintenance and processing of leads in the CRM system as well as ongoing monitoring of progress, quality and conversion rates.
• Active contribution to a positive and team-oriented sales culture where shared successes are celebrated together.

Your profile:

• Sales orientation
• Commercial basic training or equivalent
• Several years of qualified professional experience, at least 2 years
• Confident German and French language skills, both spoken and written
• System knowledge (MS Office products)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Confident appearance and presentation skills

Your personality:

• Service-oriented personality
• Maintains pleasant and respectful manners
• Has a neat appearance
