We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new retirement apartments.

For our specialised Dementia Care Department, we are looking for a committed and experienced leader. Together with your team, you create an environment where people with dementia are understood, accompanied, and respected in their personality. Head of Dementia Care Department (m/f/d), 80 - 100 %

  • You lead our specialised Dementia Care Department professionally, personally, and organisationally
  • You ensure individual, professional, and dignified care and support for our residents
  • You continuously develop a modern, person-centred dementia care together with your team
  • You promote care that consistently focuses on the needs, resources, and life history of our residents
  • You accompany, strengthen, and develop your team in daily care and create a motivating working environment
  • You work closely with relatives, doctors, and internal and external specialists
  • You take responsibility for staff deployment, budget, and resource planning
  • You actively shape change processes and bring in new ideas
  • You pitch in with daily care and stay close to residents and the team

This is how you convince us:

  • Qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognised training
  • Several years of professional experience in the care sector as well as proven and successful leadership experience
  • Sound expertise and practical experience in the field of dementia
  • Experience in long-term care and a clear understanding of resident-centred care and support
  • You lead with clarity, appreciation, and commitment and provide orientation to your team
  • You can develop employees, delegate responsibility, and make decisions even in demanding situations
  • You are an empathetic, resilient, and reflective leader with high social and leadership competence
  • You are willing to actively help shape the further development of our dementia department and to explore new paths together with your team
