 Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring user support (hardware, operating systems and applications)
• Installation/configuration of decentralised IT hardware and client applications
• Rectification of vulnerabilities and errors
• Project support

Your Profile

• Completed IT training EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Sound hardware and software knowledge in the client area
• Experience in supporting the Microsoft product range (OS and M365 apps)
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication skills and good team spirit
• Sense of responsibility combined with high commitment and flexibility, resilient, honest and loyal
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Driving licence category B
