The LBB Foundation combines market performance and vocational training. Our joinery works for external customers and trains apprentices. For the next phase of development, we are looking for a leader who combines operational excellence with leadership strength and implements changes effectively.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the joinery (team, organisation, quality, deadlines, profitability)
• Leadership, coaching and development of employees and apprentices
• Management of the interfaces AVOR, production, assembly as well as consistent prioritisation
• Customer care, acquisition, quotations and project management
• Working with ERP and key figures for operational control

Your profile

• Basic training as a joiner EFZ
• Advanced vocational training (HF/FH further training and at least 5 years of professional experience, of which at least 2 years in a leadership role)
• Confident in calculation, deadline and quality control, working with key figures as well as ERP/industry software (Abacus and Triviso)
• High social competence, empathy, clear communication and leadership presence
