Team Leader Pension Fund Administration (80-100%)

Your area of responsibility: In this role, you ensure flawless customer service and technical administration together with your team and act as the contact person for external accounting. Your main tasks are:

• Professional and personnel management of the team with 6 employees
• Ensuring and further developing business processes in technical administration
• Contact person for the team; support with complex cases
• Participation in the annual financial statements, projects and special tasks
• Coordination and alignment tasks with external accounting
• Claims processing with the reinsurer
• Independent management of your own insured portfolio

Your profile: We can also imagine a junior person (without leadership experience) for this position with the following qualifications:

• Several years of solid professional experience in pension fund administration, preferably also in project or special tasks
• Preferably further training as a specialist in occupational benefits with a federal diploma (or currently undergoing such training)
• Confident German and good French language skills
• High quality awareness as well as service and solution orientation
