Clerk Import / Export / Customs (m/f/d)

 Your tasks

• Independent data entry via data transmission
• Handling orders from A for order entry to Z for customs clearance
• Customs clearance export CH / import CH + DE
• Obtaining instructions from customers and partners
• Contact person for customers, carriers and partners
• Assistance with invoicing
• General administrative tasks and assistance in office organisation
• Support for the dispatch manager and the team

Your profile

• Completed training as a clerk in forwarding or several years of experience in customs and forwarding in import / export
• Customs experience mandatory (customs clearance import CH & DE / export CH)
• Monitoring and organisation of all customs matters
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Good communication skills and customer focus
• Responsibility and solution-oriented working style
• Solid computer skills (MS Office), EDEC, ATLAS, PASSAR
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English / French skills are an advantage
