About the job
For our hospital, we are looking for a committed individual as Team Leader Patient Admission & Reception. In this versatile role, you combine leadership with active participation in day-to-day operations. You lead a team of around 25 employees both professionally and organisationally. You actively work within the team and ensure that our processes around patient admission and reception function reliably and with a patient-centred approach.

Your Tasks
- Operational management and leadership of the team (24-hour shift operation) in collaboration with the group management both professionally and administratively
- Active participation in daily business and taking on shifts, especially during bottlenecks and unforeseen situations
- Ensuring data quality and standardised procedures
- Planning personnel deployment and responsibility for annual and shift planning including overtime and compensation management
- Ensuring service quality along the treatment pathway
- Professional and organisational development of the team
- Interdisciplinary involvement in projects
- Close cooperation with the Clinical Support department management, the Finance department, and other internal and external contacts
Your Profile
- A commercial or medical basic education supplemented by administrative further training
- Further training in social insurance
- Good knowledge of processes and procedures in an acute hospital as well as experience in patient admission and reception and process management
- Ideally, you have leadership training at team leader level and/or experience in training apprentices
- A strong service and customer orientation in dealing with patients, relatives, as well as internal and external contacts
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, PEP, Business Central and KISIM
- Very good German skills with confident oral and written expression
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
