We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.

For our specialised Younger Department, we are looking for a proven leader with heart, integrity and ideas.

In this care department, we care for and support people between 18 and 65 years whose lives have changed due to illness, accident or neurological conditions. Together with an interdisciplinary team, we create a daily life for our residents that enables self-determination, development and quality of life. Care, pedagogy and therapy seamlessly interlock.

  • You lead our specialised Younger Care Department professionally, personally and organisationally
  • You develop a care culture together with your team that consistently lives self-determination, resource orientation and participation
  • You ensure high care and support quality and continuously develop the department
  • You design an age-appropriate daily structure with pedagogical offerings together with your team
  • You promote employees in their professional and personal development and create a motivating and trusting working environment
  • You work closely with therapy, activation, doctors and other professional disciplines
  • You take responsibility for personnel deployment, budget and resource planning
  • You get involved in daily care and stay close to residents and the team

This is how you convince us:

  • Qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognised training
  • Several years of professional experience in the care sector as well as proven and successful leadership experience
  • Experience in long-term care and ideally in supporting younger people in need of care
  • Interest or experience in pedagogical support and resource-oriented care
  • Experience with RAI-NH and Polypoint PEP is an advantage
  • You lead with clarity, appreciation and commitment and provide orientation in change processes
  • You are an empathetic, resilient and decisive personality with high social and leadership competence
