Technical Head of Rehabilitation Administration 100% (m/f/d)

The position

• Personnel management & team development: You lead, support and motivate your team of around 10 employees on an equal footing. You conduct employee appraisals, create deployment plans, accompany the onboarding of new team members and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
• Operational day-to-day business & specialist responsibility: You ensure high-quality quotation, order and debtor processing – for the rehabilitation administration of the entire ORTHO-TEAM group. In the case of complex billing or controversial decisions by social insurers, you intervene actively and use your network.
• Deputy to the management: You work closely with our managing director Guido Furrer and also take on tasks related to import and resale in this context. You mutually deputise for each other and you gradually grow into an extended leadership responsibility.

Your profile

• Education: Technical business administrator or comparable business management training.
• Leadership experience: Initial leadership experience – ideally in a dynamic SME environment.
• Personality & maturity:Certain human and entrepreneurial maturity, high social competence and enjoyment in taking on responsibility with a long-term development perspective.
• Working style: You work solution-oriented, think through processes in a structured way and remain calm even in demanding situations.
